At Indra Spices, we strive to deliver your favourite spices safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India and International.
2. Processing Time
All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days for India 7–10 business days for International depending on the shipping address and courier service availability.
Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
4. Shipping Charges
Free shipping may be offered on orders above a certain value (as mentioned on our website/offers).
For orders below the free shipping threshold, a standard shipping fee will apply and will be displayed at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS/WhatsApp.
You can track your shipment directly on the courier partner’s website or app.
6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address and contact details at the time of placing an order.
If the courier is unable to deliver due to an incorrect/incomplete address or unavailability of the customer, additional re-delivery charges may apply.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
In the rare event your package is lost in transit or delivered damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery attempt with order details and photos/videos of the package.
We will investigate with our courier partner and either reship the product or provide store credit/refund (as per our Exchange & Refund Policy).
