Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Indra Spices, we take pride in delivering premium-quality spices and seasonings to our customers. Customer satisfaction is important to us; however, due to the nature of food products, we follow a strict exchange-only policy.
1. No Returns Policy
Once a product is delivered, we do not accept returns under any circumstances (including reasons such as change of mind, dislike of taste, or ordering by mistake).
This policy is in place to maintain the hygiene, purity, and safety of our food products.
2. Exchange Eligibility
We accept exchange requests only in the following cases:
You have received a wrong product (different from what was ordered).
The product delivered is defective or expired.
To be eligible for an exchange:
You must raise an exchange request within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us at customer@indraspices.com
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order ID, invoice) and supporting photos/videos of the damaged/incorrect product must be provided.
3. Exchange Process
Once your request is verified and approved, we will arrange for an exchange of the same product or a replacement with a similar product of equal value.
Exchanges will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
4. Refund Policy
No cash refunds are provided under any circumstances.
Any approved refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
5. Shipping Policy for Exchanges
If the customer requests an exchange for any other valid reason, the customer must bear the shipping cost.
